Job summary

Command51 is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support employees nationwide from St Leonards, Sydney. The role combines advisory and administrative duties across the full employee lifecycle, including ER, injury management, recruitment and onboarding, P&C operations, and development for managers.

You will work closely with the P&C Manager in a hybrid setup (St Leonards office with 2 days working from home).

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR generalist experience across ER, injury management, recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience advising on legislation, awards and policies in a national context.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and capability development.
• Comfortable operating in a evolving P&C function with process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day ER queries.
• Manage end-to-end injury management and return-to-work requirements.
• Own recruitment and onboarding processes from end to end.
• Manage P&C administration, records, and offboarding.
• Support leadership development through identifying capability needs and training.
• Assist with P&C projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
