Job summary

BravoFit is seeking a Membership Services Representative at our Prospect club in New South Wales. You will greet members, assist with questions, handle memberships and front desk operations with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role focuses on delivering the Judgement Free Zone experience, processing memberships, tours, and maintaining a clean, organized club. Casual shifts with training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Upbeat, motivating attitude and punctual.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests.
• Monitoring club access for members and guests.
• Answering questions and handling member complaints.
• Explaining the Judgement Free Zone to all members and non-members.
• Answering info calls and taking messages.
• Giving club tours.
• Selling memberships and entering new members into the database.
• Operating the POS system and collecting balances due.
• Making appointments for PE @ PF sessions.
• Maintaining the customer service front desk.
• Completing welcome calls and daily cleaning zones.
• Completing club walk-arounds and restocking supplies.
• Assisting with housekeeping and end-of-day procedures.
