As a Membership Services Representative, you will greet guests, answer questions, manage the front desk, and support daily operations while promoting the Judgement Free Zone ethos and affordable fitness for all members.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
• Certifications: Certificate 3 in Fitness is advantageous.
• Must be First Aid and CPR certified and provide proof within the first three weeks.
• WWC (Working with Children) certificate/number required in NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from start date or process started.
• NPC certificate must be within 12 months of application date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests as they enter the club.
• Monitor access for members and non-members and handle questions.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into the database.
• Operate the POS system and manage past-due balances.
• Conduct club tours and organize front desk and housekeeping tasks.
