Job summary

Fitness First is recruiting a Member Support Consultant in Sydney. You will drive membership growth by proactively reaching out to the community and inspiring new members to start their fitness journey, while delivering exceptional service to existing members.

You will turn interest into action, present club benefits, guide tours, and contribute to member retention through personalised journeys and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach.
• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create personalised member journeys and drive engagement.
• Support member retention programs and ongoing engagement calls.
• Open/close the club as rostered and contribute to sales targets.
