Job summary

Fitness First Australia is seeking a Member Support Consultant to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional member experiences in Melbourne. You’ll proactively outreach to the community, convert interest into club visits, and guide potential members through the journey to become stronger and healthier.

You’ll also nurture existing members, deliver engaging service, and participate in retention programs, aiming to turn conversations into lasting results within a high-energy team.

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budgets using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via personal interactions.
• Engage in member retention programs to inspire ongoing journeys.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Regular service calls to keep members engaged and boost results.
