Job summary

Fitness First Australia is looking for a Member Support Consultant to energise the club, grow membership and deliver exceptional service. You’ll reach out to the community, present club benefits, give tours and convert interest into sign-ups, while supporting existing members with personalised journeys.

The role rewards a base salary with uncapped commissions and opportunities to progress within Fitness & Lifestyle Group.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club per roster.
• Engage in member retention programs to inspire ongoing journeys.
• Conduct regular service calls to keep members engaged and promote club products.
