Qualifications

• Must have a Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Demonstrates problem-solving mindset with solutions for potential members.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire action and build rapport.
• Goal-focused with a drive to excel and contribute to club targets.
• Team-oriented with ability to rally through busy periods and celebrate wins.
• Customer-centric approach to help members achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach.
• Make lead-contact calls to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive, personalised member journeys and experiences.
• Respond to enquiries with successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club per roster.
• Support member retention programs and ongoing engagement.
