Job summary

Fitness First in Sydney's Southern Suburbs is seeking energetic Member Support Consultants. You’ll engage with potential members, present the club, and guide new and existing members through their fitness journeys with personalized, motivating interactions.

You will also drive membership growth through outreach, referrals, and excellent service, helping the club meet sales targets while building lasting relationships within the community.

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales through promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads via community outreach and referrals.
• Make required number of lead contacts by phone to maximize opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create engaging member journeys with personalized interactions.
• Assist in member retention programs and promote club-based products.
