Fitness First in Sydney's Northern Suburbs is looking for a proactive Member Support Consultant to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional service. You’ll reach out to potential members, present the club, guide tours and turn conversations into action to help people start their fitness journey.

As a front-line ambassador, you’ll nurture relationships with existing members, contribute to sales goals, and deliver positive experiences that keep members motivated and engaged every day.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to provide solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire action.
• Goal-focused with drive to excel and meet targets.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate under pressure.
• Customer-focused attitude to help members achieve goals.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the club roster.
• Active involvement in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to boost results and experience.
