Job summary

Fitness First is hiring Member Support Consultants to drive club sales through proactive outreach, referrals, and community engagement. You will present, tour, and convert prospects while delivering exceptional service to current members, helping them stay engaged and motivated in their fitness journey.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• A problem-solving mindset that meets members' needs.
• Strong communication skills to inspire action.
• Goal-oriented drive and continuous self-improvement.
• Team player capable of rallying through hard times and celebrating wins.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Make the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalised interactions.
• Support member retention programs and inspire continued fitness journeys.
• Open and close the club per roster and support daily operations.
• Regularly service new and existing members to keep them engaged and boost their experience.
