Job summary

Fitness First Newtown is seeking a driven Member Support Consultant to greet members, spark motivation and help drive membership growth through proactive outreach and community engagement.

You will turn interest into action by introducing people to the club, guiding them through tours, and delivering exceptional service to existing members. This full-time role offers base salary plus uncapped commission and extra benefits to enhance member experience.

Qualifications

• First aid & CPR certification is required.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to offer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Make the required number of lead contacts by phone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create engaging member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
• Assist in member retention programs to keep journeys on track and engaging.
