Job summary

Fitness First in Sydney's Southern Suburbs is recruiting a Member Support Consultant to greet members, drive club sales and deliver exceptional service. You will proactively reach out to the community, convert leads, and guide new members through the join journey while maintaining strong relationships with current members.

You will be responsible for presenting the club to prospective members, conducting tours, and supporting retention programs.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire action.
• Problem-solving mindset to meet potential members’ needs.
• Goal-focused and continuously looking for ways to excel.
• Team player who can rally through tough times and celebrate wins.
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport across backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
• Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities
• Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
• Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
• Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
• Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
• Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
• Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
