Job summary

Fitness First is seeking a dynamic Member Support Consultant to spark motivation, guide potential members, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll drive club sales, conduct outreach in the community, and foster strong relationships with existing members to keep them engaged and progressing in their fitness journeys.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• A problem-solving mindset to meet potential member needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to inspire action.

• Customer-focused approach to building rapport and helping members achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referral campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Make required numbers of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
• Respond to enquiries with successful outcomes and follow-ups.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Support member retention programs and inspire ongoing fitness journeys.
• Conduct regular service calls to keep members engaged and boost results.
