• First Aid & CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales through promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach.
• Make a high volume of proactive lead contacts by phone.
• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive, personalised member journeys.
• Address enquiries and achieve successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club per roster.
• Engage in member retention programs.
• Perform regular service calls to keep members engaged and boost results.
