Job summary

Fitness First Australia is seeking a Member Support Consultant (MSC) to greet members, spark motivation and turn conversations into memberships. You’ll deliver personalised tours, present club promotions and respond to inquiries with energy, empathy and a results focus.

Based in New South Wales, you’ll collaborate with a high-energy team, contribute to club sales targets and help members start their fitness journeys.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificate required.
• Problem-solving mindset with solutions that meet member needs.
• Strong communication skills capable of inspiring action.
• Goal-focused with achievement of targets.
• Team player who supports colleagues and success.
• Customer-focused with rapport-building across backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the club roster.
• Active involvement in member retention programs and engagement.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and boost results.
