Job summary

YMCA Aquatic and Event Services Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer on a casual basis at our Adelaide centres. You will be the first point of contact for members and patrons, ensuring a welcoming experience while handling transactions and supporting a positive team environment.

The role requires excellent communication, basic MS Office skills, and a proactive, reliable attitude. Prior fitness-industry experience is advantageous; flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales experience in fitness or similar environment preferred.
• Able to work in a team and maintain a positive professional culture.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel; comfortable with cash handling and EFTPOS.

Responsibilities

• Represent Centres as the face of YMCA Aquatic and Event Services Ltd.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Handle cash, POS and EFTPOS transactions with accuracy.
