YMCA Aquatic and Event Services Ltd is seeking a Frontline Supervisor (Casual) to oversee reception and member services at Adelaide pools. You will mentor MSOs/CSOs, handle customer inquiries, drive sales and retention, and ensure high-quality service across shifts.

We expect strong customer focus, conflict resolution, cash handling, and CRM familiarity, with flexible availability to cover shifts and work autonomously in a fast-paced aquatics environment.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service and problem solving.
• Confident conflict resolution and sales skills.
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Cash handling and EFTPOS experience.
• Basic CRM knowledge and data entry accuracy.
• Flexible for extra shifts; reliable and autonomous.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to coach junior staff and mentor peers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day frontline operations at reception.
