YMCA Aquatic and Event Services Ltd is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to manage reception, membership services and customer interactions across Adelaide facilities. You will support MSOs and CSOs to ensure exceptional service while driving enquiries, sales and retention.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong team leadership, and a pro-active mindset with a focus on reliability and data accuracy.

Qualificações

• Must-have frontline supervisory experience in a team setting.
• Current National Police and Working with Children Checks required.
• Provide First Aid and CPR Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day frontline team operations at reception, membership services and customer interactions.
• Support MSOs and CSOs to deliver exceptional service and handle enquiries, sales and retention.
