YMCA Aquatic and Event Services Ltd. is seeking a Frontline Supervisor (Casual) to lead the frontline team at the SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Oaklands Park and Adelaide Aquatic Centre in North Adelaide.

You will oversee reception, membership services, and customer interactions, coaching junior staff and supporting MSOs/CSOs. The role requires exceptional customer service, strong communication, and flexibility to cover extra shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem solving.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Experience in fitness industry sales is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Cash handling, POS/EFTPOS experience.
• Familiar with CRM systems and customer data.
• Willingness to work extra shifts as needed.
• Reliable, autonomous, and professional.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and coachable.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
• Strong personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage frontline team operations at reception, membership services, and customer interactions.
