HCF is seeking a Branch Member Consultant to be the face of Australia’s largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund in our Maroochydore branch. You will engage members in needs-based selling of health, life and other insurance products, build strong relationships, and maintain accurate member information.

Training is provided with one week at our Sydney Head Office, travel and accommodation arranged, and ongoing coaching to support your success.

Qualifications

• Experience in needs-based selling within customer service environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.

Responsabilités

• Embrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling to promote health, life, and other insurance products.
• Provide resolutions to members' problems beyond expectations while maintaining accurate membership data.
