Job summary

HCF is seeking a Branch Member Consultant in our Hornsby, NSW office to deliver needs-based sales and outstanding member service face-to-face and by phone. You will guide members through health, life, and other insurance options while building rapport and resolving inquiries efficiently.

You'll work full-time with occasional Saturday shifts, training and ongoing coaching, and be part of Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund.

Qualifications

• Experience in needs-based selling.
• Background in customer service and building rapport.
• Able to learn and navigate computer systems quickly.
• Team-oriented with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling of health, life and other insurance products.
• Resolve members' problems beyond expectations.
• Maintain accuracy of membership information according to policies.
