Job summary

HCF Maroochydore is seeking a Branch Member Consultant to be the face of Australia's largest not-for-profit health fund. This full-time role is based at the Maroochydore branch with hours Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5pm, no weekends, and a one-week training in Sydney CBD starting 19 October with travel and accommodation arranged.

You will help members with a range of health and life insurance products through needs-based selling, with ongoing coaching and opportunities to build skills in the

Qualifications

• Proven background in customer service environments, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
• Quick to grasp complex computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Embrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life, and other insurance products.
• This may also include opportunities to broaden your business development skills outside of the HCF branch and in your local community.
• Ensure resolutions to our members' problems that go beyond expectations.
• Maintain the accuracy of our membership information in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
