Job summary

HCF is seeking a Branch Member Consultant in Melbourne to engage members in meaningful needs-based conversations and provide tailored health insurance solutions. You’ll build genuine relationships, understand what matters to members, and help them select appropriate coverage while delivering outstanding in-person service.

The role is based at our Doncaster branch with some Saturday shifts. Training is provided, with travel and accommodation covered, and you’ll join a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Able to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Comfortable with face-to-face service and targets.

Responsibilities

• Use needs-based selling to recommend health, life, and other insurance solutions.
• Build relationships with new and existing members and understand their needs.
• Deliver exceptional face-to-face service and create memorable experiences.
• Identify sales opportunities and work toward individual and team targets.
• Respond to member enquiries, resolve issues, provide solutions.
• Collaborate with branch team and maintain accurate membership records.
