HCF Hornsby Branch is seeking a Branch Member Consultant to welcome members and guide them through needs-based conversations about health, life and travel insurance products. This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional Saturday shifts and a focus on delivering exceptional member service in a not-for-profit environment.

You will engage face-to-face and by phone, resolve issues, and keep member data accurate while contributing to growth and community trust.

Formación

• Experience in needs-based selling in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Strong background in customer service environments.
• Comfort navigating complex computer systems and CRM tools.
• Thrives in a collaborative team and flexible work settings.
• Adaptable to changing work practices and needs.
