HCF Hornsby Branch is seeking a Branch Member Consultant to deliver personalised service and guide members in healthcare choices. The role is based in Hornsby with full-time hours and occasional Saturday shifts paid accordingly.

You will engage members face-to-face and over the phone, specialise in needs-based selling across health and other insurance products, and work within a supportive team. Training at head office and ongoing coaching will support your success.

Qualifications

• Experience in needs-based selling.
• Background in customer service with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Able to grasp complex computer systems.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling across health, life, and other insurance products.
• Resolve member issues beyond expectations and maintain accurate membership data.
• Maintain membership information accurately per policies and procedures.
