Job summary

The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited (HCF) is seeking a Branch Member Consultant in Melbourne to deliver needs-based conversations and tailored health insurance solutions. You will engage with members in a face-to-face role at our Doncaster branch, helping them understand and select cover that fits their needs and circumstances.

You will work with a supportive team, aim for personal and team targets, and participate in training programs with travel and accommodation covered for

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales with a needs-based approach.
• Ability to build genuine relationships and understand member needs.
• Motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Use needs-based selling to recommend tailored health and other insurance solutions.
• Build genuine relationships with new and existing members and understand their priorities.
• Deliver exceptional face-to-face service and create memorable member experiences.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to team targets while assisting members.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and provide helpful support.
• Collaborate with branch team and maintain accurate membership records.
