HCF is seeking a Branch Member Consultant to join our Pagewood branch on a full-time basis. You will be the face of Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, guiding members through healthcare choices and offering a range of insurance products.

Working 1–2 Saturdays per month from 9am to 12pm with additional pay, you’ll receive training at our Sydney CBD Head Office and ongoing coaching to help you succeed and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in needs-based selling and customer service environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
• Able to grasp complex computer systems and adapt to evolving practices.

Responsabilidades

• Embrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling across health, life, and other insurance products.
• Resolve members' problems beyond expectations and maintain accurate membership data.
• Contribute to community engagement and potential cross-sell opportunities through the branch.
