Job summary

Hub Australia in Perth is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (Meeting & Events) to convert inquiries into bookings. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound event and meeting enquiries, qualifying leads and guiding the sales process to confirmed bookings.

This role supports national inbound calls, upsells catering and add-ons, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, coordination or hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication over phone, email and in person.
• Ability to manage inbound leads and close bookings.
• Experience with catering or events is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for meetings and events enquiries.
• Qualify leads, build proposals, convert enquiries into bookings.
• Upsell catering, technology and add-on services.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers.
• Maintain CRM records in HubSpot.
• Support national inbound calls and email inboxes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve materials.
• Represent Hub with hospitality and solution-focused mindset.
