Westin Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Executive at our Perth property to identify and secure new group and catering opportunities, and to collaborate with operations to win conferences, meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Rise with us and identify and secure new group & catering opportunities
• Work with other operational disciplines to secure conferences, meetings and events
• Prepare detailed proposals and contracts tailored to client requirements
• Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion
• Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and wellbeing
• Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
• Act as a wellbeing ambassador and promote awareness for The Westin brand
