Integrated Neurology in St Leonards Park, NSW is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, on the phone and in person. You will manage bookings, records, and correspondence with care.

You will coordinate hospital admissions and appointments, and handle payments, invoicing, and daily banking reconciliations, contributing to a smoothly run practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception preferred.
• Familiarity with Genie practice software preferred.

What the role looks like day-to-day

• Being the first friendly face (and voice) patients encounter — on the phone and in person
• Managing patient bookings, records, correspondence, and accounts with care and accuracy
• Coordinating hospital admissions and scheduling appointments
• Processing payments, invoicing, inpatient hospital billings, and daily banking reconciliations

You'd be a great fit if you're

• Naturally patient-focused and accountable — you take ownership of your work
• A clear communicator — whether that's on the phone, in person, or in writing
• Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working as part of a team and independently when needed

Experience in medical reception and familiarity with Genie practice software would be preferred.

Availability across Monday - Thursday is desirable. Practice hours: Monday to Thursday (9am - 4pm).
