Lake Imaging in Warrnambool is seeking a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join our clinic team. You will be the face of our organisation, delivering high-quality service to patients and referrers in a busy radiology environment.

Bring customer-focused skills, a readiness to learn medical imaging terms, and strong computer skills to support efficient scheduling and smooth clinic operations. Training and uniform provision are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Exposure to medical imaging terminology is desirable.

About The Role

Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking a Part Time Medical Receptionist to work at our Warrnambool clinic as the face of our organisation, as you deliver on the highest standards of services to our patients, referrers and community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
• Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage
• Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
• Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams
• Prepping Patients: Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.
