Job summary

Capital Radiology in Vermont, VIC, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join a small, supportive team on a full-time Mon-Fri basis. The role rotates through Vermont Private Hospital and nearby clinics, handling phones, front-desk duties, appointment scheduling, billing, and patient registration in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, eager to learn medical imaging terminology, tech-savvy, and capable of delivering exceptional service with empathy and strong time

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Willingness to learn medical imaging terminology
• Advanced computer and keyboard skills are a must
• Deliver exceptional customer service every time
• Show care, compassion and empathy to patients
• Able to optimise appointment slots with analytical skills
• Stay organized and meet team KPIs
• Maintain a can-do attitude that builds rapport with patients and staff

Responsibilities

About The Role

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Vermont in a full-time (Mon-Fri)capacity.

The role will also require rotation through our Vermont Private Hospital site and other nearby clinics.

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for

• Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
