Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking Full Time Medical Receptionists to support Geelong region clinics, delivering friendly, professional service to patients and referrers while supporting efficient appointment management. You will use Visage RIS to schedule and coordinate referrals across our radiology network.

Qualifications

• Role requires frontline reception duties for patients and referrers.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool.

About the Role:

Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking Full Time Medical Receptionists to work across our Geelong Region Clinics as the face of our organisation, as you deliver on the highest standards of services to our patients, referrers and community.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
• Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage.
• Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
• Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepping Patients: Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.
