Lake Imaging is seeking Full Time Medical Receptionists to support our Geelong Region Clinics, serving as the friendly face of the organisation while delivering the highest standards of patient and referrer service.

You will greet callers, schedule appointments using Visage RIS, handle referrals, and clearly communicate preparation and cost expectations to patients. Comprehensive training and development opportunities are provided to help you excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Willingness to learn medical imaging terminology.
• Tech-savvy with strong keyboard and computer skills.

About The Role

Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking Full Time Medical Receptionists to work across our Geelong Region Clinics as the face of our organisation, as you deliver on the highest standards of services to our patients, referrers and community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
• Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage
• Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
• Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams
• Prepping Patients: Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.
