SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics on the Sunshine Coast seeks a warm, professional Receptionist for our Minyama clinic. This part-time role offers about 35 hours per fortnight with Mondays, Thursdays, alternate Fridays and some Saturdays.

You will deliver welcoming service, manage appointments, handle patient enquiries, and process invoices, supporting a smooth patient journey in a busy healthcare setting. Healthcare experience and Best Practice familiarity are valuable assets.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year reception or customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus).
• Experience with Best Practice software is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with professional presentation.
• Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.

About the Role
