Job summary

SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics – Windsor NSW is seeking a friendly, proactive nurse to support a busy clinic in Windsor. This permanent part-time role runs Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, offering flexibility within a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Ideal candidates will hold current AHPRA registration and have at least 1 year of nursing experience (GP or skin cancer experience is highly regarded). Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Nursing experience in GP or skin cancer settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Patient-focused with professional, warm approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and professional care to patients.
• Assist doctors with skin cancer procedures and excisions.
• Perform wound care and suture removal.
• Maintain infection control and sterilisation standards.
• Educate patients on wound care and skin health.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain stock in clinical areas.
• Support patient flow and day-to-day clinic operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (GP or skin cancer experience highly regarded)
• Experience with Best Practice software (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient focused with a warm, professional and customer service oriented approach
• Sound computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
