Job summary

SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics is seeking two warm, friendly Casual Receptionists to support our Ryde, Frenchs Forest, Hornsby and Parramatta clinics. You’ll deliver welcoming service, manage appointments and handle patient inquiries with care.

Join a flexible casual pool with no set shifts, access training, and enjoy the benefits of working across multiple North Western Sydney clinics while contributing to a patient‑centred front desk experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.

About the Role

We are looking for two warm, friendly and professional Casual Receptionists to join our casual pool and provide support across our Ryde, Frenchs Forest, Hornsby and Parramatta clinics, with Windsor also an option depending on your location and availability.

This is a flexible casual opportunity with no set shifts, providing coverage during staff leave, sickness and busy periods. It’s ideal for someone looking for flexibility and variety while working with different clinic teams across North Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.

Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.

Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.

Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
