SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics in Noosaville is seeking a warm, friendly Receptionist to welcome patients and support daily clinic operations. This part-time role spans three days per week and offers flexible shifts to cover busy periods.

You will manage appointments, handle inquiries, process invoices, and maintain a tidy reception area while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Police checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
• Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.

About the Role

Do you enjoy variety in your day and love meeting new people? We are looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Noosaville clinic.

This is a part-time position working three days per week where you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

We are looking for someone who can also offer some flexibility when needed, including assisting with additional shifts or changes to working hours to support clinic operations and team coverage.
