Job summary

SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics’ Ryde clinic seeks a warm, friendly part-time Receptionist to join the team from January 2027. The role involves managing appointments, patient inquiries, and billing in a fast-paced healthcare setting. 2–3 days per week with a focus on work-life balance, training, and a supportive environment.

Police checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and delivering excellent frontline service

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
• Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our Ryde clinic from January 2027.

The role will work approximately 2–3 days per week. The exact working days are still being finalised and will be discussed with candidates during the recruitment process and confirmed prior to appointment.
