Job summary

Lake Imaging in Geelong region is seeking full-time Medical Receptionists to greet patients and support referrers with exceptional service. You will handle calls, schedule using Visage RIS, and coordinate patient preparation and cost estimates across our Geelong clinics.

About the Role

Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking Full Time Medical Receptionists to work across our Geelong Region Clinics as the face of our organisation, as you deliver on the highest standards of services to our patients, referrers and community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
• Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage
• Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
• Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams
• Prepping Patients: Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.
