Lake Imaging in Warrnambool is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to be the face of our clinic and deliver the highest standards of service to patients and referrers. You will handle calls, schedule using Visage RIS, and support referrals and patient preparation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work at our Warrnambool clinic as the face of our organisation, as you deliver on the highest standards of services to our patients, referrers and community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
• Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage.
• Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
• Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepping Patients: Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.
