Integral Diagnostics (IDX) is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Warrnambool clinic. You will be the face of our organisation, delivering high-standard service to patients, referrers and the community.

Key duties include answering calls, scheduling with Visage RIS, and guiding patients on preparation, costs and requirements. The role emphasises teamwork, training, and a patient‑centred approach in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls with a friendly, professional voice.

About The Role

Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work at our Warrnambool clinic as the face of our organisation, as you deliver on the highest standards of services to our patients, referrers and community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.


• Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage


• Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.


• Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams


• Prepping Patients: Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.


• This is a Full-Time role working Monday to Friday.
