Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a seasoned MDM Sales Specialist for ANZ, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will drive sales of MDM, PIM and related data management solutions, engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading complex deals across Australia.

You will collaborate with global teams to expand opportunities, manage forecast, and build trusted relationships with alliance partners to run joint campaigns. The role requires travel within Australia and a strong track record in enterprise software

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software solution sales experience in ANZ, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Familiarity with software sales methodologies and all stages of sales cycles.
• Skilled in business discovery and customer workshops to understand pain points and requirements.
• Strong consultative selling skills across complex enterprise solutions.
• Proven experience with MDM, PIM, Reference Data Management, and Customer Data Platforms.
• Knowledge of MDM industry trends, marketing and competitors.
• Ability to justify MDM investments to business stakeholders.
• Experience selling ERP, CRM, Martech, eCommerce or similar is beneficial.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and regional sales teams for joint solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute MDM sales cycles and achieve quota on annual and quarterly basis.
• Manage, track and report activity; provide accurate forecasts at quarter closes.
• Expand sales within existing and new accounts while focusing on customer service and relationships with key decision makers.
• Handle pipeline generation via direct marketing, partners and alliances; close deals.
• Coordinate full sales process and engage external and internal resources as needed.
• Communicate Informatica and Salesforce news and product updates to customers and prospects.
• Build and maintain network in the ANZ Information Management space.
