Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a seasoned MDM Sales Specialist to join the ANZ Specialist Sales team, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You’ll drive opportunities in Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, and Product Information Management, engaging C-level stakeholders and leading complex software deals across Australia.

You’ll partner with Account Managers and alliances, manage the full sales cycle, and build strategic value propositions while meeting quota and forecasting with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software solution sales with quota attainment.
• Experience in enterprise software, especially data management and governance.
• Ability to engage C-level and senior executives in large deals.
• Strong consultative selling and opportunity management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MDM sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
• Identify opportunities across ANZ and coordinate with regional teams.
• Build compelling value propositions and commercial offers.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales forecast and funnel.
• Collaborate with partners and alliances to drive joint deals.
• Present to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
