BildGroup is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to be the day-to-day contact for landscape maintenance clients in Melbourne’s north and south-east. The role involves coordinating crews, managing materials, and ensuring work stays on plan across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated maintenance project delivery experience, strong administration and scheduling skills, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience delivering maintenance & landscape projects.
• Experience in project delivery including administration, scheduling or coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Commercial judgement across budgets, forecasting and contract obligations.
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to maintain internal and external relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations and schedule crews to support timely delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors to keep communication clear across maintenance staff.
• Monitor jobs, tracking progress against timelines and action plans.
• Maintain approvals, variations and supporting documents.
• Raise delays, risks and work order issues with the team.
• Provide administrative and reporting documentation, including project progress, compliance, HSEQ and finance.
