MPE Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Projects Supervisor to lead our in-house maintenance team and assist the projects group with on-site fit-out work across the greater Melbourne area.

This hands-on role requires trade qualifications, strong planning, and the ability to manage trades and contractors, coordinate materials, read plans, and ensure safety and quality on site while maintaining relationships with clients.

Qualifikationen

• Trade qualified in Carpentry or Building Trade with White Card.
• Experience supervising and supporting field-based trades.
• Experience with general building maintenance tasks.
• Ability to scope jobs for quotes and communicate with estimating team.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Aufgaben

• Supervise field-based trade staff and contractors.
• Coordinate in-house maintenance team and assist projects team on-site.
• Review onsite documentation and ensure safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, source materials, read plans.
• Scope jobs for quoting with photos and measurements.
• Utilize Simpro, Asana and Procore in project work.
• Maintain OH&S policies and construction processes.
