Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is opening a brand-new Gold Coast store and seeks a Store Manager to lead the luxury retail team nationwide. You will drive store strategy, guide leadership and sales teams, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate has five+ years of leadership in retail or client-focused settings, with strong sales performance and experience engaging high-net-worth clients. Flexibility for varied shifts and non-traditional hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience leading teams of at least 15 people in a retail or client-focused environment.
• Experience in sales generation and achieving sales results.
• Experience working toward targets and KPIs.
• Experience partnering with high-net-worth individuals in a selling environment.
• Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism with clients and staff.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment and availability for varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store performance and define action plans to improve results using clients, team, visual merchandising, product assortment and operations.
• Provide direction to store leadership and sales teams via morning briefings and goal setting.
• Coach teams to develop a winning culture and deliver a luxurious client experience.
• Develop a client development plan to engage and grow high-value and VIP clients.
• Work across roles on the floor, operations or other business needs during non-traditional hours.
