Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience leading teams of at least 15 people in a retail or client focused environment.
• Experience in sales generation and achieving sales results.
• Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
• Experience in partnering with high-net-worth individuals in a selling environment.
• Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's strategy and provide direction to store leadership and sales teams.
• Analyze business performance and implement focused action plans to improve results.
• Drive coaching to develop a winning culture across the team.
• Ensure a seamless, luxurious client experience in store at all times.
• Develop client development plans to engage and grow high-value and VIP clients.
