Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an Operations Executive for our Gold Coast store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee back-of-house operations, including stock control, merchandising coordination, and client services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead a small team, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth receiving and shipping function. The role requires flexibility and strong communication to support service standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience.
• Minimum three years retail stock management/inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all back-of-house activities including stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise customer service for repairs, servicing orders and post-sale offerings.
• Supervise client services including telephone inquiries, stock availability, and post-sale offerings.
• Oversee receiving and shipping functions, liaising with transport, customs and agents to ensure local compliance.
• Partner with store management to support service standards across back-of-house processes.
• Coach, develop and train staff.
