You will drive exceptional clienteling, develop talent, and deliver strong commercial results while upholding brand standards in a vibrant luxury environment.

This role requires a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, building lasting client relationships, and inspiring performance across all store operations.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Manager experience within luxury retail, with demonstrated success leading a significant and high-performing retail team.
• Strong track record of delivering and exceeding commercial targets while maintaining exceptional standards of client experience.
• Deep expertise in luxury clienteling, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships and embed client development in a team.
• Demonstrated strength in people development, coaching and succession, with examples of individuals who have grown under your leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate performance insights into clear actions and results.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of a clear business strategy that delivers strong commercial performance while elevating the Louis Vuitton client experience.
• Analyse performance, client and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and translate these into impactful actions.
• Champion a sophisticated clienteling culture, building long-term relationships with local and international clients while developing your team's client portfolios.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the store runs smoothly, maintaining brand standards and profitability.
• Drive an omnichannel mindset to provide seamless client service across touchpoints.
• Coach leaders to build capability and ensure performance conversations are embedded in daily routines.
